Titus 2:7-8 “And you yourselves must be an example to them by doing good works of every kind. Let everything you do reflect the integrity and seriousness of your teaching. Teach the truth so that your teaching can’t be criticized. Then those who oppose us will be ashamed and have nothing bad to say about us.
Exemplary leaders live out the desired culture (attitudes, beliefs, and values) of the FAITH. As such they demonstrate standards of excellence and set the example of the way believers should be treated and pursue their goals through Christ-centered values.

A good Christian leader innovates to improve the lives of believers and their abilities/gifts and they encourage others to do the same. However, the goal is to achieve that mission with great effectiveness and excellence and this necessitates the flexibility to meet changing circumstances, as well as simply doing things better and being more effective.
A good leader empowers the believers, encourage togetherness, and build spiritual relationships to achieve extraordinary results, based on mutual respect, trust, and FAITH.
A good leader spurs on their congregation to greater achievement by recognizing and celebrating the contributions and individual differences.
